Anglo-Eastern is committed in doing the right things the right way. Our “Speak Up” programme allows you to raise the following concerns without fear.
- Willful violations of the Company’s HSE policies and procedures
- Serious malpractices, wrongdoings and conditions on board affecting health and safety
- Environmental violations related to MARPOL and other regulations
- Situations that can lead / may have led to environmental violations
- Illegal, unethical or inappropriate behaviours or practices, including any violation of seafarers’ rights
- Harassment & bullying
- Situation that can put the Company’s reputation at stake
You will not suffer harassment, retaliation or adverse employment because of confidential reporting of non-compliant actions. We assure you that we will treat any concern raised through this procedure in a confidential and sensitive manner. We will safeguard the identity of anyone making such a report and maintain anonymity unless required by law.
