Our functional teams

By intimately getting to know every aspect of a ship’s operations, we meticulously plan, provision and program your needs so you can garner peace-of-mind in the knowledge that your ships and your guests are in the hands of experts.

Vessel Management

Manage our fleet, with a focus on crew, vessel and cargo safety at all times, ensuring strict regulatory compliance. Maintain vessels and all onboard machinery to the highest standards, within budget. Inspect vessels and supervise dry-dockings.

Operations

Provide masters with necessary guidance on navigation safety, voyage optimisation, cargo care, and environmental protection. Monitor voyages, handle and process claims, and manage port agency attendance of our vessels.

Marine HR

Recruit, match, and place suitable seafarers on board ships. Manage the crew sign-on/off process, including travel and visa arrangements. Manage the wellbeing, training, development, and performance of sea staff. Forecast and manage crewing costs.

QHSE: Quality, Health, Safety, Environment

Develop, document and update our QHSE policies, manuals, and training. Emergency management and response procedures, including subsequent investigations in cases of non-conformity, accidents, and hazardous situations.

Technical Services

Advise on new design and conversions, with a focus on alternative fuels, energy efficiency, and reduced emissions. Manage projects, from initial concept and specification discussions to contract negotiations, plan approvals and yard supervision.
