Total fleet management expertise
It takes an exceptional vessel to deliver an exceptional cruise experience. That’s why our technical support team regularly boards your ships for an in-depth look at performance, condition, and maintenance. We provide passenger vessels with full technical management services for deck, engine and hotel maintenance, including dry docking, performance monitoring and refurbishment planning. We also ensure vessels remain fully certified and compliant.
Committed talent pool
Our large pool of experienced and qualified passenger ship officers and crew reflects a powerhouse of talent with each individual receiving familiarisation training prior to being assigned any onboard duties, and all aspects of training required by STCW being accounted for. We handle recruitment, administration, evaluation, and development responsibilities.
Single service provider
Outside of the technical, we’ve earned a reputation for creating exceptional guest experiences through our leisure management team. By intimately getting to know every aspect of a ship’s operations, we meticulously plan, provision and program your needs so you can garner peace-of-mind in the knowledge that both your ships and your guests are in the hands of experts.
Dual-fuel expertise and future fuels
We have built-up noteworthy experience in design, construction supervision and management of dual-fuel vessels. We are actively engaged with over 80 ocean-going dual-fuel vessels and newbuilding projects at various stages of construction which are intended to burn LNG, LPG, hydrogen and ammonia as fuel.
Newbuilding supervision and project management
Anglo-Eastern Technical Services (AETS) provides a comprehensive range of vessel design consultancy, naval architecture, project management and newbuilding supervision services. Having supervised over 500 newbuildings and conversions to date, we have substantial experience across all types of specialized and complex vessel types, and are able to incorporate our dual-fuel expertise where appropriate.
Technology and scale
We capitalise on the size of our fleet to improve overall performance via knowledge sharing and the harnessing of technology partnerships that increase efficiencies and provide our clients with the data they want in near real-time. We are also able to strengthen supplier relationships and foster more transparent negotiations across all categories of the supply chain including insurance.
