OUR APPROACH
Taking you from shore to sea
Our people are central to what we do. They are fundamental in driving new ideas, continuous improvement, and a happier, more fulfilled workforce that is able to act for our clients. We utilise both simulated and real-world experiences to prioritise awareness and responsiveness in respect to safety, professionalism and innovative thinking.
Simulation
From navigation to full mission engine, and liquid cargo handling to LNG bunkering, our training facilities across India, the Philippines and Ukraine feature a wide selection of simulators that are able to respond to the rapid and diverse advance in technology and ship operations that have arisen in the last few years.
Real-world experience
On the job training and learning from one’s peers is crucial in terms of direct knowledge sharing and building mutual respect between captain and crew. We also embrace diversity, equity and inclusion to enable integration of a wider set of viewpoints and ideas.
Partnership
We look towards future-focused partnerships to ensure the latest technology and training tools are available for seafarers and shore staff alike. This includes partner facilities with WinGD and Wӓrtsilӓ among others.
OUR FACILITIES
A global network of training centres

The 18,000 sq.ft. AEMTC in New Delhi was opened in 2009 and consists of 10 training classrooms, 3 full mission navigation simulators, a virtual reality section, high voltage simulator, engine room workshop, library and cafeteria. It has all requisite DGS approvals to conduct various competency and modular courses.
Manila, Philippines
The AEMTC in Manila provides regular structured in-house training activities, offering varied learning opportunities to our Filipino seafarers. Seafarers are able to conduct self-learning at their own pace using various Seagull CMT modules that are available at the training centre.
