Technical Officer (AASM)

Due to Fleet expansion, Anglo Ardmore Ship Management (AASML) is looking for Technical Officer to join in Singapore.

• Reports to the Vessel Manager.
• In coordination with the Vessel Manager for purchasing spare parts and consumables for ships assigned to his/ her team.
• Arrange delivery of spares/stores to ships
• Scrutinize all invoices from suppliers and maintain an accurate computer record accordingly
• Maintain files for all spare parts inventories received from ship
• Responsible for the document control (e.g. maintain check list of periodic reporting due from vessel)
• Arrange annual surveys and services to the vessels assigned.
• Keep the ship certificates updated in the database (JIBE)

• Diploma or Degree in related discipline, with at least 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
• Good command of written & spoken English.
• Sound PC knowledge, experience in purchasing or related software is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills, eg, MS Office, SharePoint.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and good organizational skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
